Grade A+(Gourmet) Planifolia Vanilla Beans

Grade A+ (Gourmet) Planifolia Vanilla Beans harvested at full maturity, is based on rigorous bean selection, each pod is hand-selected, with preference given to the most aromatic, premium varieties with the richest flavor.

Grade A Planifolia Vanilla Beans

Our premium-grade A Planifolia vanilla beans are distinguished by its exceptional softness, intense aroma and sticky. They are plump, pliable and full of fresh vanilla bean caviar. Their color is dark and chocolate like, sometimes with hints of red. It has a light and sweet aroma.

Extract Vanilla Beans/Grade B

Extract vanilla beans are grade B beans that contain significantly less moisture than grade A or gourmet beans. This natural quirk means they have a far more concentrated flavor. However, the essence of the grade B vanilla bean only develops once it’s been steeped in a preserving liquid.

Traditional Processing

Our farmer community utilizes a traditional curing methods, incorporating meticulous sun drying and sweating techniques, to yield a unique aroma profile characterized by an abundance of aromatic compounds. This traditional curing process, which takes 5-6 months, is labor-intensive, with rigorous selection and sorting performed by skilled experts. This approach enable us to maintain the optimal aroma and flavor quality of our vanilla.
